hais. there goes off my running on friday with rf , eileen and norris.
2 rounds of running ,2 rounds of walking.
laalalals .i jus started okie!!do lots of work out.
taught by norris.now my whole body is aching.
woke up early today!
doing my work ltr.
i must do all my task until it is finsh .
